What material are Blush Indigo jewelry pieces made of?

The metal parts used are made of 24k gold-plated or silver-plated rhodium-plated brass and come from Germany and Italy. The glass beads are Matsuno pearls from Japan. We purchase them from Istana Mote, Bali's best bead shop.

We are increasingly expanding our range with filigree necklaces, earrings, bracelets and anklets made of 925 sterling silver with 24k gold alloy.

How can I properly care for my jewelry?

Avoid contact with water and remove your jewelry when exercising. Please also note that hairspray, body lotion, and perfume can damage the alloy. Do not store your jewelry in the bathroom, as the humidity there can damage the surface. The ideal storage location is an airtight container or a closed box. Gently clean your jewelry with a dry cloth after wearing to remove any dirt.

Is the jewelry nickel-free?

Yes. Our jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

Can I order the bracelets in my desired length?

The bracelets with carabiner clasps are standard size, ranging from 16 to 17 cm. Each bracelet has a 2 cm extension chain.
We can shorten the cords with carabiner clasps upon request. Simply indicate your desired length in the notes at the end of the order process. Lengthening is also possible. To do so, we simply make the extension chain a little longer. Let us know your preferences in the notes at the end of the order process.

Can I have my jewelry repaired by Blush Indigo?

The bracelets with carabiner clasps, jewelry wire, and crimp beads are very sturdy and should withstand normal everyday wear and tear. We also offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, provided you can provide proof of purchase with a receipt.

In rare cases, a ribbon with a knotted closure may come undone. In the case of such manufacturing defects, we will of course send you a replacement free of charge. Please write to us at hello@blush-indigo.com and attach a photo of the item.

Please note that claims regarding gold or silver plating are excluded from the warranty, as their durability depends on individual wear and care. Should a bracelet break due to snagging or a similar mishap on your part, the warranty also does not cover it.

Where is my order?

After placing your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation. We usually process our orders the same day, or at the latest the following day. As soon as we have processed your order, you will receive a shipping notification via email. In most cases, we ship the shipment as a DHL small package with tracking. The shipment will be delivered by your mail carrier and usually fits through your mailbox.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We usually ship your order the same day if it's received before 3 p.m. Shipping within Germany usually takes 1-3 business days; for international orders, it takes 5-8 business days via International Goods Post.

Is there a way to be notified about the current shipping status?

Yes, you will automatically be notified by email once your order has been shipped. This email will also include a tracking number so you can track the status of your package.

Yes, of course. You can select gift options during checkout.
We ship our jewelry free of charge in eco-friendly, decorative paper bags, which also make wonderful gifts. For that special occasion, we'll gladly package your order in a luxury jewelry box (€3).
You also have the option of leaving a personalized greeting for the recipient. We'll then handwrite it onto a greeting card and omit the invoice.

Do I have the option to return or cancel my order?

Of course. You have the option to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.

How must the goods be packaged for a return?

The goods must be returned in their original packaging and unused, except for trying them on. If there are indications that the goods have been used to such an extent that they have diminished in value, the customer loses their right of withdrawal.

Are returns free?

Since we're a small company, we apologize for not being able to offer free returns. Please return your package yourself and with insurance.

I received a damaged delivery – what should I do?

How long will it take to receive my refund?
