The following terms and conditions shall apply for all contracts between you and Blush Indigo Jewellery about ordered products and delivery in Blush Indigo’s online shop www.blush-indigo.com.

These terms and conditions apply when you order or buy products from this website. The Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time (for example to reflect changes in technology, our business model, our system capacity, or relevant laws and regulations), and we therefore ask you to accept the Terms and Conditions every time you shop with us. Any reference to “you” or “your” means you as a user of this website, any reference to “we”, “us” or “our” means Blush Indigo Jewellery.If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you cannot order or purchase products on this website.
The online shop is open 24 hours a day. An order placed on a German public holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
You can place an order by carrying out the following steps:
Select product(s) and “Add to bag”.
Select “View and edit bag” to see detailed information about the products, to change quantities and leave a note if you wish. To proceed to checkout, click on “Continue”. Log in or enter personal information, choose your shipping method and your preferred payment method. Before clicking “Place order” you must read and agree to our Terms and Conditions by ticking the box. Enter relevant payment method details to secure you order. The checkout is completed via 3D-secure gateway.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Blush Indigo which confirms the order and contains order details. This email does not constitute the acceptance of the offer. We accept the offer either by shipping the products to the address provided by you or by confirming the shipping by an email containing a tracking link. The contract has not been concluded before we have accepted the offer. We can only process your order if the delivery address is a residential address or a business address in one of the countries under “Delivery”. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes.
Among other things, we reserve the right to cancel the contract of purchase in one of the following situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs:
Your payment details are incorrect or cannot be verified.
Your order is placed with the purpose of committing fraud etc. or placed in connection with a criminal offense or other unlawful activities.
There is an inadvertent error on this website, such as a payment error or the like. Contracts can only be concluded on this website or by email.
AT WHAT POINT IN THE ORDERING PROCESS AM I BOUND BY MY ORDER?
Before submitting the order, you have the option of changing the information that you have provided including payment information or delivery and billing information. Please be aware, that you can only change your billing information if you are logged in to your Blush Indigo Jewellery user account and create separate addresses. Furthermore, you have the option of making changes to your order or to remove products from your shopping basket. When you click “Place order” and the receipt appears on your screen, you are bound by the contract of purchase. If you experience any problems or made a mistake while placing your order, please contact us immediately. Your order has been confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from Blush Indigo Jewellery.
After the conclusion of the contract, the provisions on withdrawal apply, see below.
LANGUAGE OF THE CONTRACT
This Contract may only be concluded in English.
ACCESS TO THE CONTRACT
You will receive a confirmation of the content of the contract and a copy of these Terms and Conditions by email. We store concluded contracts, including the order confirmation, for a reasonable amount of time, and we recommend that you save these documents as well; they may not necessarily be available on this website subsequently.
RIGHT TO CLAIM COMPENSATION
Note that all bracelets are strong enough to weather your everyday life. Please accept that we cannot repair bracelets that are broken because on some mishap on your part. On rare occasions it happens that the knot of the string-bracelets opens. Please contact us via email stating your order number, description and photo of the damage. and you will receive a new piece.
If your jewellery breaks due to a production error such as this, you have the right to claim compensation within 6 months from the date you purchased your products. This will, however, only apply if you are able to provide valid proof of the date of purchase. If you are able to provide such proof, you will receive a new piece. Please contact us via email stating your order number, description and photo of the damage.We reserve the right to decline unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges.If you have questions concerning repairs, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help you.
All sales are final.
MEANS OF PAYMENT CURRENCIES
Payments, as well as refunds are invoiced in Euro (EUR).
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
We accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards. Please enter your card details on our payment site. Blush Indigo uses state-of-the-art server security software with SSL encryption which provides the safe and bug-proof transmission of your card details.The order amount will be deposited on your card as a payment reservation until your order has either been sent (then the amount will be booked) or cancelled (then the payment reservation will be cancelled).
Payments by Visa or Mastercard
The system will recognize whether or not the credit card is registered on the 3-D security programs Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode.These are security systems that have been developed to ensure that the registered card holder and the registered online retailer are involved in the transaction. If you are a member of the 3-D Secure Program, a pop-up window will appear on your screen asking you to enter your password when making a purchase online. This window is linked to your bank and requires you to enter your SecureCode (a password that you have previously selected). Transactions can only be made by entering the correct password.
The following applies for all payments by credit card: refunds from returns will always be charged back on to the credit card that the original order was paid for with.
Please select “PayPal” as your payment method and you will be transferred to the PayPal site automatically. If you have an existing PayPal account, you can log in using your user data to confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register one and proceed with the payment. Refunds from returns will be booked onto the registered PayPal account.
Wire Transfer / Payment in Advance
In the “payment” step at checkout, please select “wire transfer” and finalize your order. You will then receive a confirmation that will be sent automatically by email stating our banking details as well as the order number. After receiving the confirmation, please transfer the total amount to the following account within 48 hours. In order for us to be able to process your payment, it is crucial you label your transaction with your order number provided in the email, composed of letters and numbers.

Possible transfer costs as well as bank fees will be charged to the customer. Your order will be dispatched upon receipt of payment on our account. Refunds from returns will be charged back to the bank account which the original order was paid from.
NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS AND INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If your products are non-conforming or we have delivered the incorrect products, please contact us via email. You are not responsible for costs associated with the return of non-conforming or incorrect products.In case of non-conforming or incorrect products, you can choose between the following options:
- Return the products with a shipping label provided by us and receive a refund of the purchase price when we have processed the returned products.
- Return the products with a shipping label provided by us and receive similar products when we have processed the returned products, provided we can supply an equivalent, or
- Keep the products and if the value of the products is less than the originally ordered products you will receive a discount for the difference in price.
When contacting us you will be asked to provide the order number, and to describe what is wrong with the products including a picture.
To prevent unauthorized access to your Blush Indigo user account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.Please take all necessary steps to ensure that your password is kept confidential and secure. You should inform us if there is any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner. You must ensure that the details which are provided to us are correct at the time of registration.
RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
In case you wish to complain about products purchased from us, please contact us via email.You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.
